Astro Timing

Free astrology widgets: moon phase, panchang and more

Add a free moon phase, panchang, moon countdown, Mercury retrograde or daily affirmation widget to your site with one iframe or one script tag. Pick a city and one of four colour themes, preview it live, and copy the code. The widgets set no cookies and load no trackers. They are free to use as long as the credit link under the widget stays visible.

Build your widget

Any city over 15,000 people. Add a country code if the name is shared, e.g. "Springfield,US".

Live preview

Option A: iframe

Works everywhere, including site builders that strip scripts.

Option B: one script tag

Inserts the widget where you paste it and resizes it to fit.

Terms in one paragraph

The widgets are free for any website, personal or commercial. In return, keep the credit line that comes with the code (the "by Astro Timing" link under the widget) visible and unchanged, and don't hide it with CSS. The widgets set no cookies, store nothing and load no trackers; the only request they make is to our own API for the sky data. We may change the look or the data within the same widget; preview addresses will move to the permanent domain at launch, and the code will keep working through a redirect.

How do I add one to my site?

  1. Choose the widget, your city, the colours and the size above.
  2. Copy option A or option B, including the credit line.
  3. Paste it into your page's HTML where the widget should appear.
  4. Publish. The widget updates itself every time the page loads.

How we calculate

Is astrology a guarantee of what will happen?

No. These calculations locate celestial bodies; astrology is a reflection and timing tradition, not evidence of guaranteed health, financial or relationship outcomes.

How are these results calculated?

Positions come from Astronomy Engine, an open-source astronomy library, and are checked against Swiss Ephemeris in our methodology tests. Western readings use the tropical zodiac; Vedic readings subtract the Lahiri ayanamsa. Terms are defined in the glossary.
