Manifestation: intention, evidence and timing
Manifestation here means naming a desired change, imagining your part in it and taking a practical next step. Planning and some forms of mental rehearsal have research behind them; that does not establish that thoughts attract outside events. Use moon timing as an optional reflection schedule, not a promise or a deadline.
What is manifestation?
Use the word as a label for an intention practice, not a proven force. A goal can matter even when the outcome depends on other people or circumstances.

Gollwitzer's review describes implementation intentions that link a situation to a chosen response.[5] In Pham and Taylor's study of college students preparing for an exam, rehearsing the study process improved studying and grades; that narrow finding does not validate attracting money, health or a partner through thought.[10]
Worked example
Wish: finish a job application. Plan: "When I finish breakfast on Saturday, I will spend twenty minutes completing the work-history section." Imagine opening the form and handling one difficult question. Record whether you did the task, not whether the universe seemed cooperative.
