Vedic yoga directory

Vedic yogas are named arrangements of planets or house rulers. This directory separates a formation test from a traditional interpretation and from any personal timing claim. The entries disclose their selected variants, including rules that need human judgment, so a chart label never substitutes for a complete reading.

How should you use this directory?

Start with the ascendant and the exact rule convention. A positive geometric test is not a guaranteed event. All entries remain preview drafts until human review and publication checks are complete.

Where does timing enter?

Read the Vimshottari method separately from the formation rules.

Are the examples personal charts?

No. Teaching tables are synthetic; the public drafts contain no family chart data.

Are these pages approved for publication?

No. Human review, author identity, and rendered-page checks remain pending. Use the glossary and birth chart calculator for definitions and eventual chart input.

Where can I explore the chart factors?

How we calculate

Is astrology a guarantee of what will happen?

No. These calculations locate celestial bodies; astrology is a reflection and timing tradition, not evidence of guaranteed health, financial or relationship outcomes.

How are these results calculated?

Positions come from Astronomy Engine, an open-source astronomy library, and are checked against Swiss Ephemeris in our methodology tests. Western readings use the tropical zodiac; Vedic readings subtract the Lahiri ayanamsa. Terms are defined in the glossary.
