Vision board
Pin a date: put an action on your vision board
Pin a date means attaching a time to an action on your vision board, such as drafting an application or reviewing a budget. It does not set a deadline for love, money or health to arrive. Choose a workable date first; optional astrology timing must remain labeled, explainable and easy to decline.

How to create vision board?
Add a date to the action underneath an image. Keep the hoped-for outcome in a separate field so the interface does not turn a wish into a promise.
| Field | Worked example |
|---|---|
| Goal | Explore a role that uses my editing skills |
| Action | Revise one portfolio sample |
| Date and zone | My selected Saturday, 10:00, America/New_York |
| Duration | Twenty minutes, chosen by me |
| Fallback | Next available afternoon if a family obligation intervenes |
| Evidence | A saved draft, not a guaranteed interview |
What goes on a vision board?
Store the chosen action and the reason for its date. If the engine suggests a window, the card should show its method and any limitations, not just a favorable color.
- Display the timezone and explicit start/end.
- Label Western reflection timing separately from a Vedic muhurta.
- For a Vedic window, require the location and the factors actually evaluated.
- Do not present a birth-data-free score as personalized.
- Keep a practical fallback and allow the user to change the pin.
Choose a goal and compare three calculated date snapshots in the private board tool. Calculated 2026-10-12. Three highest-scoring 12:00 UTC snapshots over the next 35 days, not all-day auspicious intervals. Lahiri lunar mansions; tropical Western aspects. These editorial weights are unvalidated and not a personalized muhurta.

Common questions
Does a vision board have to be digital?
No. Paper, a notes app or a simple document works.
Can I change my board?
Yes. Remove a goal that no longer fits and keep a record of why you changed it.
Does pinning a date guarantee the goal?
No. The date belongs to an action or review you control, not an outcome.

How we calculate
Is astrology a guarantee of what will happen?
No. These calculations locate celestial bodies; astrology is a reflection and timing tradition, not evidence of guaranteed health, financial or relationship outcomes.
How are these results calculated?
Positions come from Astronomy Engine, an open-source astronomy library, and are checked against Swiss Ephemeris in our methodology tests. Western readings use the tropical zodiac; Vedic readings subtract the Lahiri ayanamsa. Terms are defined in the glossary.
