Manifestation
369 method
The 369 method is a writing routine: repeat one intention three times in the morning, six times later and nine times in the evening. Treat the numbers as a schedule, not a mechanism for controlling events. Keep the sentence realistic and pair the practice with an action you can take.

How do you manifest something?
Choose one sentence you can repeat without pretending it is already true. This version keeps the familiar counts but makes the action explicit.
- Morning: write your intention three times.
- Later: write it six times, then check whether the planned action is still feasible.
- Evening: write it nine times, or stop if repetition has become a chore.
- Record one action taken; do not interpret a coincidence as proof.
Worked example
I am preparing for work that uses my editing skills. After breakfast I will revise one portfolio sample. At the evening check-in, I will note what I finished and what still needs work.
Is manifestation real?
The writing or rehearsal is a real activity; it is not evidence that thoughts control events. Specific if-then plans have been studied as a way to help people act on goals.[5]
Writing counts do not establish an outcome. We have not verified a primary source for the claim that Nikola Tesla invented this practice; do not attribute it to him.

New moon reflection is a Western editorial cue, not a claim that Amavasya is a favorable Vedic start for a contract, investment or other consequential act. Do not delay care, safety or a deadline for this slot.
A sentence and an optional chant
Use "I can take one practical step without knowing the result." If devotional chanting belongs in your practice, read So Hum with its source and tradition notes. Otherwise, keep the sentence in your own words.
Common questions
Does a missed day spoil the practice?
No. Resume if it remains useful, or use a simpler plan.
Can this make someone choose me?
No. Another person can decline or change their mind; a ritual gives you no claim over them.
Do I have to wait for a moon phase?
No. Moon prompts are optional reflection cues. Keep practical deadlines and seek needed help now.

How we calculate
Is astrology a guarantee of what will happen?
No. These calculations locate celestial bodies; astrology is a reflection and timing tradition, not evidence of guaranteed health, financial or relationship outcomes.
How are these results calculated?
Positions come from Astronomy Engine, an open-source astronomy library, and are checked against Swiss Ephemeris in our methodology tests. Western readings use the tropical zodiac; Vedic readings subtract the Lahiri ayanamsa. Terms are defined in the glossary.
