Aries likes to begin things. Virgo likes to make things work. Side by side that is a decent division of labor: one person gets the trip or the renovation moving, the other notices the missing permit. Both respect competence, too. Aries admires anyone who actually does the task, and Virgo tends to show care through practical help, like fixing the shared spreadsheet before anyone asks.
